Meet the Man Behind Fitness Fundamentals

Kenny Scott is dedicated to assisting people reach their fitness and wellness goals. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, he offers his clients a unique holistic experience that improves the quality of their lives by implementing a multi-disciplinary approach to wellness. Kenny is certified as a Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), TRX Level 1 & 2 suspension trainer (TRX), Transitions Lifestyle Coach (TLC), and Associate Kung Fu and Qigong Instructor through (TCCII). Kenny is also a practitioner of Muscle Activation Technique (MAT), offering his clients a unique and therapeutic approach to living pain-free by focusing on muscular and postural balance
